• Meet our record-keeping obligations as a registered real estate professional in Ontario

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Consent

How we obtain consent. When you submit a form on this website, you choose whether to receive marketing emails and text messages. Those checkboxes are optional and are not required in order to submit the form or receive the information you requested.

Implied consent. If you contact us directly, or if we have an existing business relationship with you, we may contact you about that enquiry or relationship without a separate checkbox, as permitted under CASL.

Withdrawing consent. You may withdraw consent at any time:

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message

• All contact: email us and ask to be removed entirely

We will action a withdrawal request promptly, and in any event within the timeframes CASL requires. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect communications necessary to a transaction already underway.

5. Text messages

If you consent to receive text messages:

• Messages are sent from a Canadian phone number we operate, which will be shown on the first message you receive

• Frequency varies; you will not receive more than a few messages per month unless you are actively working with us on a transaction

• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan

• Reply STOP to stop receiving messages

• Reply HELP for assistance

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used only for the communications described in this policy.

6. Who we share information with

We share personal information only as follows:

Service providers. We use third-party services to operate our business — including our customer relationship management platform, email delivery service, and website hosting. These providers process information on our behalf, under contract, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Some of these providers store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Our brokerage. Century 21 Skylark Real Estate Ltd. may access transaction-related information as required by Ontario real estate regulation.

Where required by law. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, or by the Real Estate Council of Ontario in the course of its regulatory functions.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return.

Transaction records are kept for the period required by Ontario real estate legislation and by our brokerage's record-retention policies.

You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

8. Cookies and tracking

This website uses cookies to remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure the performance of our advertising.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

If we run advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google, those platforms may set cookies that allow us to show ads to people who have visited this site. You can control this through your account settings on those platforms.
